Calm and secure residence 1300 m2 of land.

Our villa is located 20 minutes from the city center of Marrakech in a residential complex built by a great architect 4 years ago, fully enclosed and secure, not overlooked. The villa is located on a plot of 1300 m2 enclosed and planted with trees (olive trees, bougainvillea, coconut palms, palm trees, lemon trees, hibiscus ...).

The villa has 3 air-conditioned suites (including 1 with TV and DVD player). The suites are all equipped with bathroom. A large living room, living room with fireplace and TV and wifi internet.

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances.

You can enjoy the roof terrace with the view of the Atlas and the 2 terraces on the ground floor, shaded facing the swimming pool of more than 8m x 4m.

There are various activities near the complex, such as quad biking, camel rides or mountain biking. And of course, you will be close to the largest Golf courses in Marrakech which are 10 minutes away.

The tranquility of the villa will rest you from a hectic day in Marrakech.

You will be able, on request, to benefit from the services of a cleaning lady and / or cook making your stay more comfortable, pleasant and relaxing.
Oulad Hassoune is home to this villa. Bahia Palace is a notable landmark, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Jemaa el-Fnaa and Menara Mall. Majorelle Garden and Menara Gardens are also worth visiting. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as cycling in the area.
