Just outside, the large back porch offers plenty of seating, a Blackstone grill with propane provided, and a comfortable place to enjoy coffee in the morning, dinner outside, or a quiet evening under the trees.

The outdoor spaces are a big part of what makes this home special. Spend the evening around the firepit under café string lights, relax on the dock platform by the water, or take advantage of the included two kayaks and paddleboard to explore the cove. We already offer THE most favorable check-in/out times compared to other local companies. We follow our standard times to allow for proper cleaning. Requests may be available during the off-season, or if it's not a same day turnaround.

🔥 Is firewood provided?
No—but local grocery stores sell bundles right out front. Grab a lighter too, as they tend to disappear and we don’t stock them (liability).

🛋️ Can I use the indoor fireplaces?
Our indoor fireplaces are decorative and not intended for use. Again, a standard in our area for managers due to insurance and liability.

- We strictly enforce occupancy and noise limits, as the county can shut us down. Fines starting at $250 and up to $10,000 per violation, with the right to evict all occupants with no refunds.
- Government-issued ID and a security deposit, when required, will be requested after booking.
- Any form of credit card fraud will be reported and prosecuted to the fullest extent.
