The house has a long driveway to accommodate your boat; a large wooded area in the back; and is located within 3 minutes of the Hagar Creek public access area.
With Over 2,258 sq ft of living space on a single level, this home offers the flexibility to enjoy gathering in large open spaces and or retreating to your own private space all without having to climb flights of stairs. Vaulted cathedral ceilings, granite countertops and high-end appliances and furniture lend a luxurious touch to this retreat space.
The kitchen is equipped with all the comforts of home and more, making preparing gourmet or comfort meals easy and fun. Gather your group easily for a meal with ample seating in the dining areas and kitchen.
Explore the large selection of board games in the lounge. Luxuriate in the spa-like amenities of the bathrooms, handheld shower heads, ginger-lily farms toiletries, and a soaking garden tub with self-care essentials. Enjoy watching the game, playing a round of pool, air hockey, ping pong, darts, or get in a work-out in the rec room.
The expansive back deck overlooks the woods surrounding Lake Norman and is perfect for watching our resident deer families with a cup of coffee in the morning, or a glass of wine in the evening.
Enjoy casual stargazing from the hot tub or dry off and view them from the telescope. Grill out in the backyard after yard games (corn hole, croquet, badminton, baseball, basketball, etc.) then enjoy stories and s'mores around the fire pit. Or relax inside kicked back in a leather recliner next to the cozy gas fireplace. Come have fun, recharge, and enjoy a memorable time with your friends and family!
Absolutely no parties! This home is not an appropriate location for a house party. We welcome mature, respectful gatherings and low-key celebrations. Think: fancy dinner gatherings, backyard barbeques, and quiet evenings chatting around a fire.

We value our guest’s privacy and only monitor cameras if we believe there is a disruptive event in progress with more then agreed upon number of guests in attendance. All recordings are automatically deleted unless submitted to VRBO for no party rule violation.”
