Enjoy panoramic water views, watch boats cruise by all day, and soak in some of the most beautiful sunsets on Lake Norman. Whether you’re here to relax, celebrate, or spend your days on the water, this is truly one of the best locations on the lake.

The private dock is a destination all its own and includes:
Upper-level sun deck (an incredible spot for sunset watching)
Dedicated boat slip if you bring your own boat. In the photos there is a picture of a pontoon boat that is in the slip you have access to. That boat is moved to another home when you bring your own boat.

Want to add a pontoon boat to your stay? We’re happy to arrange a rental with one of our trusted local partners once you book the home. The boat is delivered directly to the dock and picked up at the end of your reservation—easy, seamless, and convenient.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Water levels on Lake Norman vary throughout the year as they are controlled by the local power company. Dock depth will vary.
Pool is heated to 80 degrees. Off-season pool heating is available for an additional cost—please inquire. (Off season is November through February)
