Near the Santa Fe Trail for cycling and walking/running.
15 minutes away from Mount Herman hiking and mountain biking trails.
Easy access to Air Force Academy, I-25, Ford Amphitheater, Denver and Colorado Springs. Many restaurants and shops nearby.
Great alternative location for remote workers at reasonable rates in the Winter. Monthly rates negotiable upon request.
Monument is home to this vacation home. Western Museum of Mining and Industry and Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Topgolf and King's Deer Golf Club. Great Wolf Lodge Water Park and Glen Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and mountain biking nearby.
