This newly remodeled space has professional design touches throughout so you can feel right at home! Granite counter tops and a fully workable kitchen will meet all your cooking needs. Rec room with board games to play. 2 – 50” TV`s with one TV in the Master Bedroom. Fenced backyard, oversized deck with hot tub.
Guests have access to entire house except for the garage.
The neighborhood has an amazing downtown feel, walking distance to Downtown Monument. There are also great mountain views off the front of the property. On Saturdays, there is a local farmers market you can walk to, Many locally owned restaurants and shops within walking distance as well.
We recommend people renting cars for their trip to Monument/Colorado Springs. The town also has bike/kayak/fat board rentals available!
The Santa Fe Trail goes south from Monument to downtown Colorado Springs & north to Greenland Ranch, Spruce Mountain Open Space & Mount Herman all within biking distance from the house. These area will provide some of the best mountain biking, hiking and walking this area has to offer. Locally owner restaurants, pubs and breweries. Please Note the owner is highly allergic to many things including animals. Please do not bring them with you.

Located in Monument, this vacation home is in the city center and on a lake. Great Wolf Lodge Water Park and Glen Park are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Chapel Hills Mall and Forest Plaza. Consider Ford Amphitheater for a night out or Brunswick Zone XL if you're traveling with kids. Kayaking and rafting offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and mountain climbing nearby.
