We offer plenty of parking for our guests, including space for your boat/Jet Ski’s.
Each bedroom offers a large closet. 55 inch TV w/Roku stick for streaming.
Fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Plenty of cell service. Tons of board games to enjoy, including Cornhole boards. A pool table and Foosball table are located in the basement. Kitchen is stocked with everything you would need to prepare a meal, (including a Keurig) and each bathroom is stocked with a start up amount of toilet paper (larger groups will likely need to stop and get more). Washer and dryer located in the basement.
Gas grill located on the upper deck, hot tub on the lower deck.

Located in Monticello, this vacation home is in a rural area and on the waterfront. Burnside Marina and Conley Bottom Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit The Center For Rural Development and Carnegie Community Arts Center. SomerSplash and Natural Arch Scenic Area are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, water skiing, and water tubing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking nearby.
