This newly renovated home was made for relaxation. This split level home is 3800 sq/ft 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom and memory foam king bed and memory foam pillows for maximum comfort. The over sized patio has amazing views of lake Conroe. Even the covered boat dock is available for use when you stay. You’ll be able to control each bedrooms temperature with mini split AC system, so every one is cozy. The space
This is a split level home with a total of three stories indoor, you walk into the home on the main level. The primary bedrooms are located down a flight of stairs. One of the main bedrooms is one the main level, the last is up a flight of stairs. Each bedroom has a conecting bathroom.

Key fob for boat ramp and public pool will be provided with stay. This home is a short one mile drive to Margaritaville.
