The space
Our guests always appreciate the outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the private parking spot.

This stylish apartment is approximately 50 m2 plus a 15 m2 balcony and it can comfortably accommodate up to 3 guests.

All rooms of the apartment have Air Conditioning and heating and free high-speed WiFi.

In addition, there is a flat-screen smartTV with international channels and a safety box.

The cozy living room comprises a double sofa bed, LCD TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs. From here there is access to the well-equipped modern kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, and cooking utensils. Guests are welcomed with a few free drinks for refreshment.
Guest access
They access the pool and jacuzzi 24/7 even during colder weather because we heat the pool all year long. On the top of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. We have a set of sunbeds and tables and chairs, so our guests can spend their time enjoying the surrounding. Also, there is a BBQ grill there in case you prefer making a nice grill outside.
Additionally, all guests can access a room with a washing and drying machine whenever they want.
Other things to note
The owner of the apartment has a restaurant in downtown Tivat, it's called KLM. All our guests get a 10% discount there.

Tivat is home to this vacation home. Buća-Luković Museum & Gallery and Maritime Museum of Montenegro are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Porto Montenegro and Kotor Cable Car.
