The space
The outdoor pool and jacuzzi as well as the private parking spot are always appreciated by our guests.

This stylish apartment is approximately 30 m2 plus a 20 m2 terrace with pool access and can comfortably accommodate up to 2 guests.

All rooms of the apartment have Air Conditioning and heating and free WiFi high-speed.

In addition, there is a flat-screen smartTV with international channels and a safety box.

The cozy living room consists of a double sofa bed, LCD TV, and a dining area with a table and chairs. From here there is access to the well-equipped modern kitchen.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machines, kettle, induction hob, oven, toaster, and cooking utensils.
Guest access
Guests can access their apartment on through the hallway from the main entrance door. They access the pool and jacuzzi 24/7 even during colder weather because we heat the pool all year long. On the top of the house, there is a huge terrace with a magnificent view of the city and the sea. We have a set of sunbeds and tables and chairs, so our guests can spend their time enjoying the surrounding. Also, there is a BBQ grill there in case you prefer making a nice grill outside.
Additionally, all guests can access a room with a washing and drying machine whenever they want.
Other things to note
The owner of the apartment has a restaurant in downtown Tivat, it's called KLM. All our guests get a 10% discount there.

Tivat is home to this vacation home. Kotor Old Town Walls and Gurdić Gate are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Kotor Bay and Jaz Beach.
