Enjoy our huge windows, offering different views in every season. This house is surrounded by nearly 3 acres of nature and allows for an unparalleled pastoral, bluff view. Full kitchen, 3 bedroom, 3 full bath. Go for a nice long hike, then come shower then soak in the hot tub directly off our back patio!

Maximum of 8 persons allowed, including children. No pets, No smoking & No Parties/Events Allowed.

To the extent now or hereafter permitted by applicable law, the lessee shall hold harmless the Cooley’s Rift Homeowners’ Association, Inc. from and against any and all liability related to access to and use of any Association facilities, structures, roadways, gate, natural habitats (including lakes, rivers, waterfalls, and trails) or other common areas contained within the Cooley’s Rift community.
