Spread across two floors, the sunlit interior provides all the comforts of home. Relax and restore in one of four plush bedrooms, or kick back and socialize in the open living areas. Whip up delicious dishes in one of two full kitchens, configured with everything you need for beach snacks and beyond. Mini-split HVAC units provide powerful cooling as needed.

Located across from the nature preserve, you’ll have a peaceful stay on a quiet street. Town Beach is just a two-mile drive. Under a mile away, the Montauk Downs State Park Golf Course features a public pool and tennis courts in addition to scenic links. Find an array of local shopping and dining options within a couple of miles. Fishing charters are available at multiple locations along West Lake Drive and the dock area.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
