We typically rent only to families, and do not allow group rentals or share houses. We do not allow parties or events on the property. We ask that you be considerate of your new neighbors. Outside quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Noise that is audible beyond the property during this time is prohibited. During non quiet hours the noise from the home shall not unreasonably disturb adjacent neighbors.
No more than 4 vehicles are permitted to park at the property overnight. There is no parking in the street.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Culloden Shores, a neighborhood in Montauk. Montauk Point Lighthouse and Montauk Point are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at The Hamptons Beaches. Ready for a night out?
