Hang out in this ditch plains oasis. Just 1 block from the beach no car necessary. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, playroom, office, kitchen, and living room. Ideal for summer entertaining. Our home has a number of renovations in the last 2 years including a new deck which is now over 600 sq ft outfitted with a lounge area and separate dining space.
Upstairs you will experience vaulted ceilings with an open family room, fireplace, and kitchen. Both the master bedroom and guestroom are on the main floor with bright and airy space. Downstairs you will find an open stairway to the renovated playroom, guest bedroom, and bathroom.
Walk home from the beach and take a dip in the Jacuzzi located in our comfortable lani. Backyard features a large deck for entertaining as well as an outdoor lounge and beautiful, lush landscaping. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the trickling of water from the koi the pond.
Outside you will find a large hot and cold water shower to wash the whole family as well as a gated backyard. Perfect to allow kids to play in.
A surfers dream with lots of long boards, paddle boards, bikes, skateboards, wagons, and everything you need to have an amazing team on the beach.
Located on the beach, this vacation home is in Ditch Plains, a neighborhood in Montauk. Montauk Point Lighthouse and Montauk Point are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at The Hamptons Beaches. Windsurfing and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking/biking trails nearby.
