Family friendly beach residence located on the Sound side of Montauk. Property is in walking distance to town docks. The town and ocean are two miles from our home. We are steps from a private beach staffed with a lifeguard in the summer. There is an outdoor eating area which includes a gas grill. An outdoor shower is available. Washer and dryer are included. There is a large family room with three bedrooms and two full baths. There is parking for two cars, including use of the garage.
Located in Culloden Shores, a neighborhood in Montauk, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Montauk Point Lighthouse and Montauk Point are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at The Hamptons Beaches. Consider Bounce Beach MTK for a night out or Kaplan Meadows Sanctuary if you're traveling with kids.
