Welcome to our remarkable family lake home, affectionately known as "The Hutt." This is the ultimate destination on Dale Hollow Lake to reunite with friends and family, creating memories and traditions that will last for years to come. Unlike hotels or cramped vacation rentals, The Hutt offers ample space under one roof, allowing you to gather with all your loved ones comfortably. With easy lake access, abundant parking, and its close proximity to Sunset Marina, The Hutt is perfectly located for your trip to Dale Hollow Lake and its magnificent 600 miles of shoreline.

One of the incredible aspects of The Hutt is its proximity to Sunset Marina. Nestled in the hills of the backyard, The Hutt offers convenient access to Sunset Marina and the Obey River Park. Within minutes, you can reach the water without wasting time driving around the lake. Unlike other houses that require a lengthy drive on winding roads, The Hutt allows you to simply walk or take a short drive to your boat at Sunset Marina. The marina offers both day and overnight slip rentals, making it easy to enjoy the water and shuttle back and forth between The Hutt and your boat. One of our favorite morning rituals is taking a peaceful stroll from The Hutt to the marina with a cup of coffee in hand. Sunset Marina also features a fantastic bar and restaurant, providing an enjoyable dining experience. The scenic back road from The Hutt to the marina feels like a private trail through the woods, offering breathtaking views and leading you to the park or marina.

While The Hutt is perfectly situated for lake activities and hiking, there are also plenty of exciting things to do right at the property. The spacious living room serves as the heart of The Hutt, providing a gathering spot for everyone to enjoy. Adjacent to the living room is a large open kitchen and dining area. With a massive custom dining table, you and your guests can enjoy meals and fellowship together, all at the same table. Next to the kitchen, you'll find a spacious wet bar room, sure to be a favorite among you and your guests. Whether it's a college football Saturday, the Super Bowl, or a regular weekend, the bar at The Hutt is the perfect place to hang out. Equipped with four 60-inch TVs arranged in a quadrant, you can enjoy four different sporting events simultaneously or watch a single game blown up across all four TVs. The bar also features a massive beverage cooler and a second cooler with two beer taps. It's no wonder that the bar is a favorite spot for our friends and family at The Hutt.

After a long, hot day on the lake, unwind in the movie theater, where you can snuggle up and enjoy your favorite movie or show. The theater boasts a 7.2 surround sound system and a 142-inch projector screen, providing a premium viewing experience. The Hutt also offers a large outdoor patio at the back and a massive turfed rooftop patio at the front. At night, you'll be treated to an impressive view of the galaxy's stars like you've never seen before. The deck also features outdoor bar seating overlooking the basketball court. The court is a fan favorite among those who have stayed at The Hutt, as it offers more than just basketball. Whether it's basketball games, pickleball, or giant 20-person musical chairs, the court provides an entertaining space for both kids and adults. Nestled in a park-like setting, the Chicago Bulls and Michael Jordan-themed court can be enjoyed for workouts, yoga, or play. Additionally, The Hutt boasts three fireplaces to help set the mood and ambiance. The living room and rooftop feature gas fireplaces, while the outdoor patio offers a wood-burning fireplace.

Experience the unparalleled charm of The Hutt and create memories that will last a lifetime. From its convenient location to the abundance of amenities, this lake home offers the perfect setting for a truly unforgettable vacation.
