Situated in the opening of a quiet cove, this home is encompassed by the emerald hues of the sparkling water of Smith Mountain Lake. With six bedrooms (including three primary suites) and five-and-a-half bathrooms, there is ample space for everyone in your party to enjoy this open floor plan home.

The kitchen, with granite countertops, is equipped with all your basic cooking needs, two dishwashers, and bar seating. The great room welcomes you with towering windows overlooking the lake. A whole house audio system allows you to stream your favorite music anywhere in the house and outside on the decks. Completing the main level is a dining room with a custom-built table, half bath, and primary suite with a large jetted tub. The main level deck offers a beautiful view of the lake, plenty of seating for outdoor dining, and a gas grill.

The upper level offers a second primary suite, two guest bedrooms, and a guest bathroom.

The lower level is the place to be for family game night! Enjoy a game of pool, play some board games, or grab a book to read. Step outside on the lower patio and relax with a soak in the hot tub. The third primary suite, a guest bedroom, and a guest bath complete the lower level.

The spacious two-story dock provides plenty of room to enjoy the water, access to two fishing kayaks and one six-foot kayak, a gas firepit, and adequate seating for all. The cove is great for swimming, fishing, and paddling in the kayaks! It has the perfect location on the water with a short boat ride to either Bridgewater Plaza or Smith Mountain Lake State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
