- Bedroom 2 & 3: Queen beds, both with ocean views.
- Bedroom 4: One double bed + two twin beds—great for kids or a group.
- Bonus: Two queen sleeper sofas (with memory foam mattresses) for extra space. 1 located in downstairs living room, 1 located in garage.

- 5-piece en suite in the Primary (including jacuzzi tub)
- 1 half bath on main level
- 2 full bathrooms on the lower level (one with tub/shower combo, one with a shower)
- 2 outdoor hot showers with foot rinse for sandy beach returns
