The master bathroom has a separate soaking tub and walk in shower. All rooms are equipped with 43" smart TV's. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need including coffee, coffee maker, skillet, crockpot and blender. Washer and Dryer in the house for convenience. Relax in the private backyard with outdoor table, BBQ grill and HOT TUB. The view from the back deck is breath taking of the red cliffs and La Sal Mountains. Enjoy plenty of parking for all of your toys with a 2 car garage and more parking space in the front and side of the home. Just minutes from down town, 4x4 trails and National Parks. Don't forget the Foosball table! Come, relax and enjoy Moab!

Other things to note: You do not need a timed entry slot to visit Arches National Park and there is a Camper on the west side of the property that someone lives in part time. This camper is separated by a chain-link privacy fence and tenant is rarely there and will not bother you.
Located in Moab South Valley, a neighborhood in Moab, this vacation home is in a rural area and in the mountains. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Arches National Park and Arches National Park Visitor Center. Traveling with kids?
