Spacious Luxury Oleander Place town home with 3 high end furnished bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 car garage for your vehicles, bikes, and toys, with fabulous views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains toward the east.
This nicely furnished home has a fully equipped kitchen, HDTV in all 3 of the bedrooms, two nightstands in each bedroom, and a 60 inch smart TV in the living area.
Enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room while watching HD Smart Direct satellite TV or enjoy a movie on the Blue Ray player. WiFi is provided. 
The Community pool and hot tub are generally open from April through October. They may be closed because of wind, weather or maintenance. We can't guarantee availability as it is controlled by HOA management.
King Master Suite with en suite bathroom has a king bed with a fabulous view toward the east of the majestic La Sal Mountains. The en suite bathroom has 2 sinks and a spa like double shower. This room comes nicely equipped with high end furnishings and a 40 inch Smart HDTV.
Queen Master Suite with en suite bathroom is well appointed with high end furnishings. Enjoy the 55 inch Smart HDTV and Blue Ray player and the privately accessed patio with a view of the Moab Rim.
3rd guest bedroom has a queen bed, HDTV and also comes nicely furnished with a view of the Moab Rim.
Living Room The living room entertainment area includes games and puzzles and a book collection. Enjoy your morning coffee on any of the three patios.
The two sofa sleepers in the living room turn into queen size beds, a great gathering place for not only the younger ones, but also for the not so young-these sofa sleepers have upgraded mattresses to ensure a restful night after a long day at play in the great outdoor activities that Moab offers.
Kitchen For dining in, you will enjoy the well equipped modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, includes coffeemakers, starter coffee, tea and spices.
Laundry Includes 2 sets of washers and dryers with starter cleanser, iron and board.
You will not be cramped in this spacious and luxurious 1,800 square foot vacation home.
After Moab, come stay at our new Beach condo on Siesta Key, Florida just a 20 minute drive from Sarasota Bradenton airport (SRQ).
Firearms are prohibited from these premises, regardless of a concealed-carry permit.

The area's natural beauty can be seen at Arches National Park and Arches National Park Visitor Center. Monument Basin and Swanny City Park are also worth visiting. Explore all the area has to offer with mountain climbing and cycling.
