The living room offers a comfy couch and love seat where you can kick back and watch the game on the flatscreen TV, surf the internet with the provided WiFi, or simply cozy up in front of the fireplace. The nearby dining room provides seating for six. This will come in handy for meals cooked in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher for easy cleanup. A washer/dryer are also provided in the home, and a two-car garage is on-site as well for parking.

This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home provides a master bedroom with a king bed and an en suite bathroom with a steam shower. The main bathroom down the hall provides a jetted tub/shower. Four-wheeling, kayaking, and whitewater rafting are all possible locally, and Ken's Lake in Spanish Valley is ideal for fishing and swimming. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
