The living room space of the home is open-concept with Southwestern decor and a comfy leather couch and armchairs perfect for watching cable on the flatscreen TV. WiFi is provided as well, or disconnect and play some board games from the home's stash. A dining table for six is also available for group meals.

Make a home-cooked dinner in the full kitchen that is complete with microwave and coffeemaker. If you'd rather eat outside than in, a patio table and chairs can be found in the landscaped backyard. Once finished, relax and take in the views, then further unwind in the private hot tub under the pergola.

The home features a master bedroom with a king bed, a sliding door to the patio, a flatscreen TV, and an en suite with a walk-in shower. A second bedroom provides a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. A second full bathroom and laundry room with a washer/dryer are also available.

The surrounding area provides plenty of excitement, from whitewater rafting to four-wheeling, hiking, kayaking, or mountain biking. Ken's Lake in Spanish Valley is great for fishing and swimming, and Faux Falls is just down the road from here. Or simply relax in the spacious backyard or at the community pool. (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
