Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is perfectly nestled near the stunning red rocks and directly across from the renowned Moab Golf Course. Enjoy a tranquil stroll around the neighborhood and immerse yourself in the scenic beauty and hiking trails of Moab. Located just 4 miles south of downtown and 15 minutes from the entrance of Arches National Park, this home is your ideal base for exploring the area's natural wonders.

The property features 2 bedrooms (both located upstairs), each thoughtfully furnished to ensure a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms have luxurious queen-size beds and clean linens, plush pillows, and ample closet space are provided for your convenience. There is a full bathroom located upstairs between the two bedrooms and another full bathroom is located on the main level.

Step into the inviting living room, where you'll find a cozy fireplace, perfect for chilly desert evenings. Relax on the comfortable sofas while watching your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the cookware you need to prepare delicious meals. There is plenty of seating at the dining room table and kitchen bar or on the outside patio.

One of the highlights of our vacation rental is the outdoor space. Whether you're a grill master or simply want to soak up the desert sun, the private patio equipped with a barbecue grill is the perfect place to unwind. Lounge in the comfortable outdoor lounge area, sip a cup of freshly roasted local coffee (provided!), enjoy a glass of wine or stargaze under the clear desert sky.

There is a one (1) car garage to store bikes or other toys or park a vehicle. The garage door is 7 1/2 feet wide. The length inside for parking is 15 feet. Trailer parking is not allowed inside the complex, but you can park it just outside the complex on Westwater Dr. Bring your off-road machines and ride to Steelbender Trail from the property with no need to trailer your UTV!

There is a full size washer and dryer in the home for your convenience.

The swimming pool is seasonal and is open for use from April through the end of October (weather permitting).

**Please note this is a two-story unit, and guests must use stairs to access the bedrooms.
