This deluxe single family residence, features a master bedroom suite with a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with bathtub, stand alone shower and toliet room on the main floor. Washer and dryer, living room and full kitchen and dining room available on main floor. Loft is available as a reading or meditation room. The home is designed for guests to enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of the area.

This deluxe home is situated amongst red rock stone and desert landscaping with ample backyard patio space to enjoy the peaceful scenery in the area. The homeowners association does not allow renters to have ATV's or UTVs in the private neighbourhood so it is one of the most peaceful areas in Moab.

The home features a master bedroom with custom designed leather-like painted decor walls, with a queen bed on the first floor and French doors leading to your private patio with comfortable sunbed. The Dining Room glass table accommodates four people located under an antler chandelier with a bench and two full back chairs. Two additional chairs are kept in the master closet. Two sliding doors with floor to ceiling windows exit to the side and front patio with patio dining furniture and gas grill. The kitchen is spacious with ample dinner and glassware, dishwasher, microwave, ice make, refrigerator, stove and oven. A powder room is available on the first floor and a washer & dryer is located in the main hallway.
