A large family room with 75inch t.v. and kitchen/dining room perfect for gathering. Enjoy morning coffee on the front porch in a rocking chair or on the back patio. Every room has a smart tv, for your viewing enjoyment. There is a desk in the sitting room along with a sleeper sofa for an additional sleeping area on the main level.

2 Main floor full bathrooms, one off dining room and one off the mud room. supplied with toiletries. There is NO bathroom upstairs.

Bedroom 3 has a queen bed with a twin bunk over it, 43" smart tv and desk area. Play space with toys for those traveling with children. Baby gates and playpen provided as well.

Guest Access:
Guest have access to the grounds. There is 3/4 acres that you can use. Barn is inaccessible. Garages are available by request .

House is located on a private corner lot. Close to a small neighborhood.

Large driveway with 2 access point on the north and east side of property. There is also parking available between garages and barn. Property is located of 2 main streets.

Other Things to Note:
There is no bathroom on second level. Stairs are narrow and steep and not recommended for small children or those with mobility issues.
There is some occasional street noise. There are fans and noise machines in all the bedrooms.
