On the 1st floor, you’ll find a spacious, open-concept floor plan, boasting modern furnishings and hardwood floors throughout. The kitchen is a chef’s paradise with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertop island, a breakfast bar and a 6-person table in the dining area, perfect for family meals and group celebrations. Just off the kitchen, you’ll find the living room with a large sectional couch facing a flat screen TV and fireplace! However, the best part of this Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort® gem is right outside! This oasis features a private back patio with comfy furnishings that overlook the 12th hole of the Links Golf Course. Spend your mornings here sipping a cup of coffee, watching the golfers tee off. With the addition of a BBQ grill outside, and USB ports located throughout the home on lamps and outlets, you’ll have everything you need to rest and relax.
This home features 2 bedrooms plus a Bunk Room spanning 2 floors of space. On the 1st floor, you’ll find a guest bedroom and bunk room for the kids which share a hall bath that houses a fabulous stone shower. Upstairs, you’ll find the master suite that spans the entire length of the house with an additional twin sofa sleeper and dedicated desk/workspace!
