The living room, screened porch, and extended terrace offer stunning views of the lake and the 9th hole of the golf course. The home is within walking distance of Baytowne Wharf, the community pool, the marina, and the Tennis Center. This rental includes a brand new 6-seat golf cart as of August 2024, so you will cruise around the area in comfort and style!

The open floor plan is bright and airy, featuring picturesque windows that flood the room with natural light throughout the day. The modern kitchen features white cabinetry, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with all the necessities for the group’s chef to prepare everyone’s favorite treats.
