Tucked into a quiet cul-de-sac, it pairs laid-back comfort with full resort access, and it comes with a private 6-seat golf cart so the beach, pools, Baytowne Wharf, and Grand Boulevard are all a short ride away.
Start mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the lake, then head to Sandestin's private beach or tee off on one of four championship golf courses. In the evening, the Village of Baytowne Wharf brings waterfront dining, boutique shopping, and live music.
Inside, the open-concept living and dining area is comfortable and full of natural light, with plush seating, a Smart TV, and a sofa sleeper that brings the home to a comfortable sleeping capacity of eight.
