Relax and enjoy this spacious Minneapolis home directly across from Lake Hiawatha Park, which features 241 acres of mature trees, wide open spaces, bike & walking trails and a beautiful lake. Recently renovated and updated with brand new appliances, newly landscaped yard, fully stocked chef's kitchen, modern furniture, expanded deck and a gas fireplace. This bright, light-filled home, surrounded by trees, is a great place to bring the family or meet up with friends. Sit in the backyard and grill some Walleye on the deck or walk to one of the many local restaurants for a meal. In the winter snuggle up with a book and some tea after ice skating, in front of our gas fireplace.

Located in the Standish- Ericsson Neighborhood, on Lake Hiawatha with Minnehaha Parkway and Lake Nokomis only a short distance away. You can ride bikes to the Falls or go the other direction towards the Lake Harriet Rose Garden or the Harriet Bandshell for some live music. There are so many outdoor activities to take advantage of: tennis, golf, swimming, boating, fishing, and walking paths all right outside your door. In the winter there is an ice skating rink and cross country ski trails groomed and ready for fun.

If you need to work while visiting, there are two workstations and the home is equipped with high speed fiber optic WiFi.
