• The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
• Load and start the dishwasher
• Strip any used beds and gather used towels
• Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
• Turn off the lights and lock the doors
• - checkout is at 11:00am - remove used sheets from the bed and place on the bedroom floor - put bath/hand, kitchen towels on the bathroom and/or laundry room floor
• - run the dishwasher before you leave. - put the cushions in the deck boxes - place trash in the green bins located outside the garage doors
• - lock all outside doors, when locking the front door, press and hold the 3 line button until you hear the deadbolt extend. -cover the hot tub and latch the buckles - let us know if there any repairs
