Outdoors, enjoy cornhole, pickleball, ladder golf, and giant Jenga, or gather by the firepit under the stars, with a lit path leading you to the lake.

Step inside to a bright, open-concept living area, designed for comfort and connection. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill the space with natural light, while plush furniture and a Smart TV make for cozy movie nights. The sophisticated kitchen features quality appliances, a floating countertop, and a formal dining area—perfect for shared meals. Enjoy morning coffee or evening cocktails on the screened-in patio overlooking the water and lush surroundings. For added convenience, there’s a full-size freezer in the basement and an extra fridge in the lounge.

Each bedroom offers comfortable beds, ensuring restful nights after lake adventures. The main bedroom boasts French doors, a vaulted ceiling, private balcony access, and a luxurious en suite bathroom. Kids will love sleepovers in the cozy bunk beds, making memories to last a lifetime.

- Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday.
- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
- Free Parking for up to 6 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No Pets Allowed without specific prior approval.
- Streaming services available with guests' accounts.
- The backyard is not accessible to people with limited mobility.

**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process. You will also be given the choice between a $500 security deposit or a $35 non-refundable damage waiver.
