With 150 feet of private river frontage, guests can enjoy fly fishing for trout right from the backyard. The Toccoa River is stocked multiple times a year, making it a favorite spot for anglers. If fishing isn’t your thing, watching canoers and floaters drift by provides a fun and peaceful way to pass the time.
The cabin sits on 1.1 acres of beautifully maintained land, featuring a flat, park-like setting with towering trees, lush grass, and plenty of space for outdoor activities. Whether it’s a game of catch, relaxing on one of the 2 wooden swings under the trees, or gathering at the large outdoor wooden picnic table by the river, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

This custom-built cypress wood cabin is designed for both comfort and connection with nature. Inside, the open floor plan creates a warm and inviting space, with the kitchen, dining, and living areas flowing seamlessly together beneath soaring ceilings. The gourmet-style kitchen is well-stocked with cookware and features a gas stovetop with a vented hood, perfect for preparing meals after a day on the river.

Master Suite (Upstairs): Private retreat with an en-suite bath and a private balcony with stunning river views.
Two Bedrooms (Downstairs): Cozy and inviting, sharing a well-appointed bathroom.

Our home also includes Fiber Internet (Fiber X). You can stream the DISNEY BUNDLE which gives you access to Disney+, HULU LIVE TV and ESPN +.
