This well appointed apartment is a spacious 1 bedroom rental unit located in Milton Lower Mills. It is on the first floor of a 1920's vintage 2 family home that is conveniently located on the MBTA Red Line and minutes from downtown Boston and Cambridge. It provides easy access to and from Logan Airport and we are steps away from a supermarket, pharmacy and coffee shops, ice cream, dry cleaner as well fine dining, restaurants, and numerous pubs and bars. You can even dine on the outdoor terrace at Madras on the Neponset River just down the hill in back of the unit.

The apartment is adjacent to the 'Dorchester Lower Mills” neighborhood. Everything you need is is safely within walking distance including restaurants, the subway (Red line Milton Trolley Stop), grocery/drug stores, parks, There a walking/bike path along the trolley track and the Neponset River that spans from Mattapan through Milton and connects to the JFK Library all the way to Castle Island.

Our 1,100 square-ft immaculate, spacious 1 bedroom 4-room apartment has an enclosed porch and features its own separate entrance, air conditioning, speedy Wifi, and a sizable eat-in dining room.

We have hosted visitors from around the world, employees attending trainings and conferences, and parents visiting their children at Boston areas schools that include many colleges and private schools including Milton Academy - all who enjoy the benefit of our convenient location to downtown, the airport, public transport and Boston's main attractions including the Freedom Trail/Boston Common, Fenway Park, many museums, including the Gardner, the Museum of Fine Arts, The Science Museum, the JFK Library/Museum and Library, as well as many others. The Forbes House Museum a a few steps away. There is no need to rent a car unless traveling well outside the city limits, although there is a free parking spot you in the rear of the unit. It is only a 5 ride from the Milton trolley just down the hill from to Ashmont station (Red Line) that will take you directly to downtown Boston, Harvard Square, Central Square, South Boston, Kendall/MIT, U Mass.

There are many great restaurants with a short walking distance including – Madras, Steel and Rye, The Lower Mills Tavern, The Bowery, Sweet Life for breakfast, and The Ice Cream Smith for dessert.
