Enjoy two outdoor living spaces -- the covered front veranda complete with with a gas fire table (gas provided as a $35 add on amenity) and cozy throws, and a large screened in back porch for outdoor dining or lounging. Both spaces have beautiful wooded views and string lighting.
Take a soak in a beautiful claw foot tub! This elegant bathroom in south wing of the apartment is shared by the queen and full bedrooms -- both with private bathroom entrances.
Tastefully decorated in a comfortable, eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings, this luxury apartments has hardwoods floors, granite counter tops, a huge cherry top island, fireplace, beautiful decor, screened porch, hammock, and rocking chair veranda - all nestled in the woods but minutes from conveniences.
This beautiful space is perfect for a corporate rental, for someone looking to relocate to Milton (we are in the Cambridge High School district), for someone visiting family nearby, or for someone looking for a getaway that isn't so far away.
Milton is peppered with equestrian farms. Our quiet gravel road is lined with several of them. Enjoy daily walks or runs up and down its mile long park-like terrain.
This is not a subdivision home! With nearly three private acres, our home has multiple outdoor living areas to enjoy this peaceful, wooded setting. And rural though it is, we have conveniences galore five miles away - - Ga 400, Milton and Alpharetta shopping and restaurants, MARTA Park-and-Ride, and many corporate offices.
We also rent a guest suite, mini studio on the terrace level which is also available for rent on this site. If you are interested in adding one or two more guests to your party, this space is ideal. It offers a private patio, kitchenette, a full bed, and private bathroom. We always communicate with our guests if someone is renting that space to let them know who to expect on the property.
We also occupy the lower/terrace level and offer excellent customer service as a result of our close proximity. For our privacy, we ask that our guests not use the back yard (unless arranged in advance), but the front yard is all yours:-). While the screened porch is for your private use, we share the back deck and propane grill with you, but we try to give our guests as much privacy as possible.
Our goal is to give our guests a beautiful, peaceful, private home-away-from-home experience.
Milton is home to this apartment. Smith Plantation and A Southern Trilogy are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Champions Club of Atlanta and North Park Tennis Center. Alpharetta Arts Center and Tanglewood Farm are also worth visiting.
