Welcome to The Peninsula! Resort living at its best. This wonderful home is located in the Sanctuary section of The Peninsula and is the largest rental in the community.

Three Story open floor plan boasting six large, bright and airy bedrooms, three of which are masters with private bathrooms which makes spreading out so very easy. Main level has a Great Room with fireplace, large eat-in kitchen and adjacent dining area. Master bedroom with private bath leads out onto screened porch. Just off of the living room is an open deck with beautiful views of the Indian River Bay. The lower level also has a Great Room with a craft table for the kids, large TV and sectional sofa, another master bedroom, hall bath and patio. The remaining four bedrooms are on the third level with two having private baths.

Multiple HDTV’s throughout with Verizon FIOS high speed internet and a Sonos Music System with speakers in the ceiling.

Guests of this property will have access to the private Jack Nicklaus golf course. Guests will enjoy nature walks through hundreds of acres of private nature paths that provide beautiful views of the bay. There is an indoor pool, spa, basketball courts, volleyball court, tennis courts including clay courts, an outdoor wave pool, and hot tubs. The Lakeside Village also includes a state of the art work out facility and the newly renovated restaurant, The Terrace Grill. Enjoy access to the Rehoboth boardwalk, the quaint town of Lewes, and lovely town of Bethany. Ideal for visiting the hustle and bustle of the local beach towns with the ability to escape back to the peaceful setting of The Peninsula.

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

The property must be occupied by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement, and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Guest for the entire rental period. The Guest signing the Lodging Agreement must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the Property for the entire rental period. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as Owner on VRBO. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked you will be contacted by the management company and sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed. Apart from Damage Protection, all fees associated with the booking are displayed in the VRBO booking.
