Our Beautiful CUSTOME MODEL HOME is on the 12th fairway NEAR the 12th GREEN on the 18 hole Jack Nichlous Signature 18-hole golf course with amazing views from a large outdoor living space. This home was a custom model home built in THE PENINSULA with approxomatley 4,000 square feet of indoor living sapce. The home has two fire places one floor to celing in the grate room and one outdoor on one side if the outdoor living space with surround seating, outdoor grill and deck and patio furnature for your time soaking up the SUN. This 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home has fantastic accomidations for large families and excellent sleeping accomidations with two master suites with king beds in each. The large kitchen is well suited for any chef and tons of counter space and brand new staneless steel appliances. spacious two car garage with plenty of yard space for outdoor yard games. The home again is in THE PENINSULA only miles from all the fantastic beaches on the Delaware shores Rehoboth, Dewey, Fenwick, Lewes, and Bethany Beach. THE PENINSULA itself will capture you and your families free time with all the amenities which include an outdoor wave pool, an adult pool and and indoor pool. The Lakeside Village athletic club with all the tennis courts, pickelball courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts are amazing. The Jack Nicholus Signature 18-hole golf course is one of the best on the east cost. The two private beaches are perfect for a families. You will never want to leave the property!!

The house has the best FIOS TV package offered including all the big movie channels. Free high-speed WiFi is available throughout the house with 50Mbps upload/download speeds. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. Beautiful ceiling fans were recently installed in all living areas. The first floor master bedroom features a king bed, two walk-in closets, large private bathroom and a 50-inch 1080p HDTV. The second master bedroom is another master suite that is huge with it's own sitting area private bath. The third bedroom features a queen bed, walk-in closet and private bathroom. The fourth bedroom is suited well for kids with a queen size bed. Please note: Amenity fees (for use of the Peninsula resort pools, fitness, tennis, etc.) are not including in the quoted rental rates and are purchased directly from the Club upon arrival. Rates are as follows: In Season weekly: adult $85, child (6-15) $45; daily: adult $15, child $8. Off-Season weekly: adult $45, child (6-15) $30; daily: adult $7, child $5.

Please note: LINENS AND TOWELS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the rental fee. As a benifit to our guest we can provide LINENS AND TOWELS for a small fee. All beds have comforters and pillows, but guests can also bring their own linens, beach/bath/kitchen towels.
