The first floor opens up to a large gourmet kitchen which includes brand new stainless steel appliances, beautiful white stylestone countertops, double wall ovens and is well equipped to handle the needs of the gourmet chef. Here you will enjoy gathering around an enormous 14 foot Island that seats 7 , including 2 baby high chairs. The open dining room provides seating for an additional 8 and is equipped with extension table for additional guests if needed. Your dining and kitchen area open to the great room along with a 77 inch OLED TV, Verizon Fios Wireless & Cable service. From the great room you will enter one of 2 master bedrooms in this home. The well decorated master bedroom features a king sized bed, large walk in closet and private master bathroom with two shower heads and double sinks.

The main level also features a 1/2 bath and closed off laundry room equipped with new washer and dryer along with storage space for all your beach gear.

On the seocond floor you will find 3 additional bedrooms and large central loft. The first bedroom is a cute kids room and contains a twin bunk bed + twin trundle that will sleep three. The second bedroom features a wonderful guest bedroom equipped with queen sized bed, closet and light reducing blinds. The third bedroom, 2nd master bedroom includes its own walk in closet and private master bathroom. This room contains a queen sized bed, reading chair and black out blinds with an option of a twin blow up mattress.

Also available for kids are toys and books, bed rails for toddlers and pack n' play for babies.
