This home is perfect for those who are relocating to CO and need a place to stay as they explore and get to know beautiful Colorado. A 15 minute drive and you will have access to downtown entertainment, restaurants, nearby breweries, and other outdoor fun. 10 minutes from I-25. Centrally located.
The space

This home has two stories:
The main floor:
Has an open concept layout that is great for entertaining, with a comfortable sectional couch, a dining area and a kitchen with all the items you may need to prepare a delicious meal. There is a half bath on the main floor as well.
This home has luxury vinyl plank floors and high ceilings, giving it an overall trendy, spacious vibe. There is a glass sliding door that leads out to a private fenced in backyard area with a patio and outdoor furniture, which is great for catching some fresh air and enjoying a relaxing evening. This neighborhood is great for walking too!
The second floor:
There are four bedrooms, two with queen beds, one with a full size bed and the large primary bedroom is furnished with a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is a hall bath that is shared with the second and third bedrooms.
Washer and dryer are also located upstairs and are stocked with detergent and dryer sheets.
