Our Cozy Beach Front Cottage is located directly on the Delaware Bay in Slaughter Beach! This UNIQUE Waterfront home with Beach Access from the street up to the high-water line. If you have always dreamed of vacationing steps to the beach, this is the home for you! This unique and quirky beachfront cottage is about 1000 square feet, features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is ONLY STEPS TO THE BEACH. The kitchen is open to the living room and a small dining/breakfast nook. Slaughter Beach has a Fire Department, public tennis/pickleball courts, children play area and public basketball courts. Just a minute to Cedar Creek Marina and the DuPont Nature Center and about 7 miles to the new BayHealth Medical Center. Please note we have installed exterior camera for security purposes, and to monitor that our rental policies are upheld.
Located in Milford, this cottage is on the beach. Second Street Players - Riverfront Theatre and Live Cheap & Make Art Studios are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at South Rookery Golf Course and Rookery Golf Club. With kayaking, motor boating, and sailing nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
