I am usually not interested in 2 night rentals during the high season (May-September) and holidays, but you are welcome to make an inquiry (sometimes I make exceptions based on scheduling and market conditions). It is at my discretion to determine number of days, so please check with me before you make solid plans with your group and put in a reservation.
This home will have significant improvements for 2025 with all new smart TV’s, garage game Room with 80” TV. Many new Mattresses, Bedding, and furnishings. New quartz kitchen counters, newly refinished hardwood flooring.
Other Key pieces include an 11 foot dining table (from an historic Bellevue mansion) that seats 14, a high end antique billiards table, teak and composite patio furniture.
Outside living on this huge, private 1.25 acre lot with large deck, , a grill, and teak dining furniture. Additional outdoor seating on the front farmer's porch and the rear deck. The front and back yards are the size of football fields, and the landscaping affords the rear of the property plenty of privacy as it borders farmland.
The location of this home allows its guests a central location to all the island has to offer. Its one straight shot 5 miles off Newport Bridge. Downtown Newport, Beaches, Wedding Venues, and Restaurant/Bars are all within a 5-10 minute drive. Sweetberry Farm and a local playground are walking distance. Golf and Vineyards are also minutes away. This is an ideal central, private, safe location close to everything.

Located in Middletown, this vacation home is next to a golf course and near the beach. Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf are worth checking out if shopping is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Easton's Beach and Cliff Walk. Traveling with kids? Consider International Tennis Hall of Fame and Museum and Blithewold Mansion Gardens and Arboretum. Sailing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
