Escape and relax with family and friends at this ideal property surrounded by mature landscaping. Only 15 minutes from all of the beaches and the hustle and bustle of the Newport shops and restaurants, this bright and sun filled home is here for your comfort and enjoyment. Keypad entrance, local guidebooks, high-speed internet & beach towels / chairs are included as well as an outdoor shower for when you return home after a day at the beach and shops. Take advantage of the butler's pantry to host family gatherings and celebrations, and relax with a drink on the deck within the spacious backyard.
This generous property is ideal for entertaining families or small groups with two refrigerators, outdoor seating / entertaining off of the dining room, and a full-sized recreation room in the basement. It’s all here to make this your home away from home - now it’s time to create some lasting memories!
In addition to the roomy, second floor primary bedroom with en-suite bathroom, there are three further bedrooms with a full bathroom. Overflow space is located in the finished basement / recreation room along with a full bath and laundry room.

Our property manager is local and is on-call if there are any immediate needs
Please be respectful of our neighbors. No excessive noise from 10:00pm - 9:00am in line with town ordinances.
The maximum number of people in the house will not exceed ten at any time and will coincide with the numbers provided when booking. Should the renter not follow the maximum number of guest limit, $250 will be charged per person per night for every guest.
I agree to not wear shoes in the house so to protect the soft pinewood floors.
Please note that the upstairs balcony is not available.
No parties or events.
No pets.
Minimum age for primary renter is 30.
Booked guests, and anyone in their party, agree to use the property at their own risk, and will not hold the property owners or managers liable for any and all eventualities.
Owners reserve the right to access the property for audit purposes should there be a violation of the rules.
Middletown is home to this vacation home. Newport Mansions and The Breakers are notable landmarks, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Thames Street and Bowen's Wharf.
