We also have high-speed Internet, washer and dryer, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, electric stove and flat-screen TV in the living room and suites. The balcony has panoramic views of the Miami skyline and some Bayview's , which are especially stunning at sunset.

The living and dining room has an open concept with a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with modern stainless steel appliances.

There are large windows throughout the apartment allowing uninterrupted views and allow you to see the beautiful view of the city skyline and some Biscayne Bay

($ 120.00) Lite House Cleaning, includes more dishwashing, garbage collection, cleaning the trash surface.

($ 175.00) House cleaning includes all of the above, as well as cleaning floors, kitchen, and bathrooms.
