Located in Edgewater of Miami area close to anywhere you want to be or be seen! The building is unlike any other building in the area with a Starbucks, restaurants, shops, mail center. As well as a full service marina, with boat rentals and charters.
There is a Publix supermarket is also within walking distance too. Whole Foods is a short drive or uber ride away.

The apartment was recently renovated with a pristine new kitchen with the latest appliances. Ideal for business travelers, snow birds and small/young families, who want their own beautiful "apartment space and home" while in beautiful Miami!

Guest Access is easy as the condo has a digital keypad for easy check in!!
Guest Services:
Baggage Valet/Concierge: If guests arrive before check-in time or plan to leave town after check-out, they can drop off their luggage at the building's valet service. It is very convenient, safe, and costs $10. Just drive up to the building entrance and you will see the bell boys who are happy to help!
Condo details:
Bedroom 1 has full access to the large balcony and gorgeous views.
Bedroom 2 (the Suite) – does not have a window, but is well lit and spacious and efficient in layout, with walk-in closet.
Both Bedrooms have their own personal smart TV’s with voice Xfinity X1 remotes, cable TV. Stream content with your personal account details.
The Living Room has a a 65" smart tv as well, providing a spacious, comfortable social space. WiFi is fast with 700MB speeds.
The surrounding neighborhood is lovely. Margaret Pace Park is next to the building for exercise, tennis courts, and a running sidewalk next to the water.
There's a Marina directly behind the building where jet skies and charter/private boats can be rented for day trips.
A view of Biscayne Bay and water is all around.
The ocean is a short ride away from the building.
Take a stand up paddle board course right from your doorstep and jump in to discover Biscayne Bay!
The location is near South Beach, Lincoln Road, Ocean Drive, and all other Miami attractions
