The valet parking service costs $65 (you will only pay once), and upon arrival at the building you will be given a sticker and instructions.

IMPORTANT BUILDING REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Please note that all new tenants and owners must complete the building registration process through Tenant Evaluation before move-in.
-A $35 administrative application fee applies per application and is paid directly to Tenant Evaluation.

-All required forms and documents must be submitted through the Tenant Evaluation portal at least 3–5 business days before the lease start date.

-The minimum lease term is 30 days. Reservations or stays shorter than 30 days are not permitted.

-Subleasing is not permitted.

-A mandatory in-person orientation must be completed before move-in or by the first business day following move-in.

-Access devices are activated only after the orientation is completed.

-Vehicle registration with the building valet can be completed after the orientation.
