This is a highly customized home. There are 2 master suites, each with king beds & their own access to the patio. Every bedroom has its own private bath. There is also a powder room off the hall. There are two bedrooms with queen sized beds, & a huge 5th bedroom with 3 queens sized beds and its own private bath. There is a 3 car garage, of which 2 bays are available to our guests. The kitchen has brand new stainless
steel appliances. There is a gas BBQ on the large patio. Ocean views from the main level and there is a second terrace on the upper margarita deck with awesome ocean views. The beach access is directly in front of the house. Other amenities include Satellite TV and DVD, Central A/C and heating, Ceiling fans throughout, WiFi and a 2 car garage available.
Las Conchas, a neighborhood in Puerto Peñasco, is home to this vacation home. Old Port and Fisherman's Monument are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Islands and Protected Areas of the Gulf of California and El Pinacate and Gran Desierto de Altar Biosphere Reserve. Jet skiing, kayaking, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
