By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
Located near the beach, this villa is in Pedregal, a neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. The Arch and Land's End are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cabo San Lucas Bay and Medano Beach. Santa Maria Beach and Cultural Pavilion of the Republic are also worth visiting. With jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving nearby, you'll find plenty of adventures in the water.
