Los Cabos is a growing resort area and construction may occur at any time without notice. We have no control over construction projects or schedules, however, we will do our best to assist should there be an inconvenience.

By booking a reservation you agree to sign our Rental Agreement within 24 hours and to all terms and conditions listed in rental agreement. Total guests at any time restricted to contract. Must disclose all guests. High School/College spring break, bachelor/ette groups not permitted w/o approval (fee). Excessive noise not allowed at any time. Quiet time 10pm–10am. NO EVENTS unless pre-authorized & fee paid.
Holiday Minimum Stays: A 7-night minimum stay is required for 12/25 and 1/1. A 14-night minimum applies if both holidays are included in the booking.
IMPORTANT: Please list no more than 2 children (under 12) in the “Children” field. The first two children stay free when sharing accommodations with parents. Any additional children must be entered as adults.
Located on the beach, this villa is in Pedregal, a neighborhood in Cabo San Lucas. The Arch and Land's End are notable landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Marina Del Rey and Quivira Golf Club. Santa Maria Beach and Cultural Pavilion of the Republic are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours and hiking nearby.
