Welcome to the Luxury 4,000 square feet modern house in Barra de Navidad, built in 2013. Located just steps from the main canal, and a 5 minute walk to the beach, lagoon, main restaurants and shops in Town.
It is a 2 story house. On the first floor you will find an automated main garage for one big car. A fully equipped kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, stainless steel refrigerator, wine cooler, pans, pots, etc. a granite countertop which can be used as a dining area along with 4 stools, enough pantry, and everything as a part of the principal area, just adjacent from the terrace and the pool.
A comfortable living room with a 42” Flat HD cable-TV, Blu-Ray, shelves, and a leather couch in an area in which you can watch movies or enjoy the view from the garden and pool. Air Conditioning for the Kitchen and the main living room.
One first floor bedroom with a full bed and a single bed, air conditioning, cable TV and a complete bathroom.
A Modern decor terrace with dining table for six people, patio furniture, bar sink, refreshment refrigerator, outdoor shower with hot and cold water, and a ½ bathroom. You can also use the grill for afternoon barbeques.
A private and heated 270 square feet pool along with a 1,600 square feet beautiful garden and two palms.
A utility room with washing and drying machine.
The second level has bamboo floor, and you will find another bedroom with a full bed and a single bed, air conditioning, cable TV with and a complete bathroom.
It is also a T.V. room with a sofa bed for two people, air conditioning, 46” Flat HD cable TV, and DVD.

Located in Barra de Navidad, this vacation home is in the city center and by the sea. Isla Navidad Golf Course and El Corazón de Manzanillo Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Barra de Navidad Beach and Laguna del Tule.
