TOWER 3 AT THE PENINSULA IS LOCATED IN THE HEART OF THE HOTEL ZONE, JUST SOUTH OF THE CRUISE SHIP MARINA, AND RIGHT ON THE BEACH. Peninsula Vallarta is a beautiful new 5-star resort that is perfectly located on the beach in the heart of the hotel zone and is just a 10 minute taxi from downtown Puerto Vallarta, the marina or airport. The resort has amenities that include a stunning lobby, and a business/computer center that offers free internet access. An enormous infinity pool overlooks the ocean and mountains and is complete with a full length wading pool perfect for children.
Located on the 12th floor, this condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. There is a large master with private ensuite with built-in closets and a jacuzzi tube. The second bedroom has two double beds and a private ensuite as well. Both bedrooms feature floor to ceiling windows with patio doors leading out to a large balcony with a mountain/ocean view to the NE. The third bedroom is perfect for children as it features 2 single beds and another bathroom. All bedrooms feature large flat screen TV's and cable. The condo has 2 large balconies with lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table, allowing you to truly enjoy the breathtaking sunsets. This unit has been professionally decorated and comes equipped with a granite and stainless steel kitchen that overlooks an open concept living/dining room all with an incredible ocean view. There are 5 mini-split A/C units in the condo, two for the living room and one in each bedroom. Appliances include a full size fridge with ice and water, halogen cooktop, wall oven, full size washer/dryer, 47 inch flat screen TV's, and a 3 phase ultraviolet water purification system. There is a state of the art workout facility in the building as well.
Just steps away is the Peninsula Mall, adjacent to the complex featuring, Starbucks, banks, currency exchange, ATM's, and lots of boutique shops, restaurants and services. A few blocks north is a full service Grocery Store, and the Galleria Mall, with top of the line stores and shops and the Liverpool Department Store, also a Wal-Mart & Sam's Club.
Close by are the Marina golf courses, boat charters, fishing...etc.
Located on the beach, this condo is in Hotel Zone, a neighborhood in Puerto Vallarta. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Playa de los Muertos and Bay of Banderas, while VidantaWorld and Los Arcos are popular area attractions. Splash Water Park Vallarta and Vallarta Zoo are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and ecotours nearby.
