Welcome to the heavenly hacienda, your own private resort with a pool, tennis court, hot tub and casita. This unique and spacious villa overlooks Lake Chapala and has a garden of eden. You have everything you need in this space to host your whole family and friends with a gorgeous garden where you can pick your own oranges or limes. Play tennis on your own court, enjoy a cocktail in the shade, make music in the music studio, soak up the sun at the pool, there is nothing like this property!
The space
This property sits on half an acre with a beautiful wrap around garden & veranda, tennis court, pool, hot tub, separate casita, overlooking the lovely Lake Chapala.
In the main house you have 1 large master bedroom with a full bathroom, shower, tub, fire place and walk in closet, that looks over the lake.
You also have a second large bedroom with a full bathroom, tub and shower.
Large open concept living room and kitchen with everything you need to host, lazy boy sectional sectional couch with a 52" tv and fire place.
1 billiard room with a tv to enjoy with your friends and family.
2 extra bathrooms for guests and an office space upstairs with a pull out couch that turns into a queen bed.
Large garden of eden with lemons, limes, oranges, avocados, papayas that you can help yourself to (when in season of course) and tropical flowers.
40x20 foot fresh pool with blow up toys and sun loungers with a shaded palapa.
Outdoor bbq and hosting space to enjoy meals outside.
Regulation size tennis court with tennis training machine, raquettes, balls and netted chill out space to have a cocktail in the shade or just to watch with a bar, sink, fridge, 3 piece bathroom.
Music studio with drum set, amps, guitars, harp, piano, and rooftop to enjoy the view.
Private casita with 2 matrimonial beds, tv, patio overlooking tennis court and lake, full kitchen and full bathroom.
